StormCloud Network Intelligence is a platform designed to map, analyze, and visualize wireless network environments. The platform collects publicly broadcast Wi-Fi and Bluetooth data for research, diagnostics, and situational awareness.
Information We Collect
StormCloud collects the following data:
- Wi-Fi SSIDs and MAC addresses
- Bluetooth MAC addresses
- GPS coordinates (lat/lon) of detection events
- Timestamp of each scan
- Device ID (non-personal, pseudonymous identifier)
Use of Information
The data collected is used solely for mapping wireless networks, network troubleshooting, signal coverage analysis, and environmental research. The data is not linked to any personally identifiable user information.
Data Sharing
StormCloud does not sell, share, or trade collected data with third parties. Data may be used internally or aggregated anonymously for technical reporting.

All data is stored securely on our servers. Security best practices are followed to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
User Options
Users operating the StormCloud Agent are in control of when and where scans take place. No personal data is collected or required to use the application.
